Founder and Coach of Talent Advisor
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I have worked with organizations across various sectors, including finance, retail, hospitality, and consumer goods. My focus is on guiding business and corporate leaders through coaching programs and strategic talent management consulting. I help co-create strategies that enhance organizational development, succession planning, change management, executive leadership, and high-performance team building.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with leaders from global organizations and culturally diverse teams, bridging gaps in matrix environments and addressing key challenges in industries such as tourism, technology, automotive, entertainment, and energy. I have guided senior executives from companies like Diageo, AXA, GM, HSBC, Provident, L’Oréal, Spotify, Scotiabank, and Zurich, as well as led talent processes in prominent Mexican organizations such as Grupo Expansión, Grupo Coppel, Artaban, Prosa, and Zuma.
My ability to act as both an executive coach and consultant has allowed me to contribute to the growth of leaders, teams, and organizations, generating exceptional results.
